Is it safe to say going into the 2013-2014 season Jeff Teague is a top 10 PG?

we had devin harris , lou williams and zaza miss 20+ games last year and we still managed to get 6th seed..

Rudy Gay got his eyes fixed this summer and plays with DeRozan very well
Jennings said he will play more unselfishly because he's not in Milwaukee anymore and take those ridiculous shots he took, Smith starting at SF won't be a major problem.
Wall is an above average defender but I agree his defense is overrated because people see his highlight blocks/steals and overreact but the Wizards have the lineup and bench that's easily better than the Hawks.
but no a team lead by a Center who's suppose to play Power Forward surrounded by mediocre players gonna make it over all those teams?

the center whose made more all-star games than those 4 teams combined.. yes they will.. along with big sap and a fringe top 10 PG.. the hawks barring extended injuries will be better than those squads.. maybe next year nah.. but this season.. we'll scrub those squads..

Horford hasn't made an All-Star game the past two seasons. Kyrie made it last year
Cleveland, Detroit, Raptors, and Wizards didn't have all these players healthy/on their team last season
