maybe your body is trying to tell you that you shouldn't be drinking animal milk:jbhmm:

But also I think milk is just something that if you haven't had it for a while it will do a number on your stomach. At least I know its like that for me,that along with spicy foods. Kind of have to build up a tolerance for it. Almond milk gives me less problems than whole milk anyway.

fukk almond milk and soy milk and coconut milk and any other faux ass milk. Just drink lactose free and youll be fine.

It's just life. Some people get acid reflux, some get heartburn, others get allergies...

Everyone I know used to tell me when I was 19-20 how they loved spicy food and sauces but now their stomachs can't handle it. I chalked it up to them being :flabbynsick:.

Every once and again I act a fool with Sriracha or some Louisiana and I'm on the toilet like

And fukked up for a good 72 hours.

I don’t think I’m lactose intolerant but a few years ago when I used to eat cereals my stomach was making all types of gas noises I cut milk out and I been fine ever since but I eat cheese and ice cream with no issues whatsoever
