Starting this new job in finance in sept, they sayn I'm gonna get it in decemeber. Mouth feels like someone punched me in the jaw :sadcam:

man, I used to work at a spot that offered health care to people that had no insurance or bad insurance. and everywhere in the clinic other than the dental would take medicaid. dental was like :yayo: they was making you come outta pocket for that. they did not bullshyt with getting the money upfront. and when u got a toothache, they know u are gonna pay eventually.

Free healthcare

Free dental too. School got me well fed on that.

People exaggerate how crowded the hospitals are in Canada anyway. I honestly bet its worse in America. You just gotta know how to swag on the system like, if you really feelin sick and wanna get seen quick you gotta know the ill spots. I live downtown and I've only ever been to a downtown hospital for emergencies. For mild shyt you might catch me at sunnybrook with them Jews livin lavish eating appetizers in the waiting room and shyt :youngsabo:

:jawalrus:

i have free dental as well, 4,000 max lifetime on braces (haven't used yet)

and 100% coverage on everything else

some hospitals are crowded, i've waited in emerge like 7 hours one time, but if you know the secrets (my mom is a nurse), alwas say you have tightness in the chest and shortness of breath you get moved up the list asap:jawalrus:. Or if not serious and don't want to pull that, then hit up a walk in

The trick to get seen quick is to fake a chest pain, head injury,or asthma. These are priority. They must see you right away.

I.was having the worst pain I ever felt, in my side one day. I walked into the ER holding my chest, huffing like I couldnt breathe. They practically picked me up amd carried to the back.

While I was being hooked up to a bullshyt ekg, I was like "oh yea, I also have this bad pain in my side"

Working in the medical field, Ive witnessed this trick work plenty of times.

I know I'm kinda hijacking the tread with Canadian stuff....

But if you live in Toronto the key is to get a GOOD JEWISH family doctor or a doctor who has alot of connects. They really hook you up. I had the best family doctor.....anything wrong he would send you to the best specialists in Toronto. These jewish medical professionals just hook each other up with referrals and I'm assuming are just caking in the dough.

where they cross-over and clap boards
My employer use to have free health care then about a year or so ago they made us pay around $35 a month for the high plan.

Overall the health care field is bullshyt though...went to the ER for a broken finger and they took xrays, numbed me, popped it in place, wrote a prescription for pain, and referred me to a specialist. shyt cost me a G :damn:

On top of that the doctor sent a separate bill ($115) and all the she didn't do anything, the nurse did it all. Went to the specialist, I swear the visit lasted 5 mins if that ($60) and he looked at it and said it didn't require surgey and referred me to a physical therapist.

I was doing PT twice a week for 3 weeks ($45) and going back to the specialist every 2 weeks so he could see the progress....In all I spent about 2 grand out of my pocket and that was with insurance :comeon:

I couldn't fathom how much it would be if I had a serious injury :merchant:

having worked in healthcare for the past 8 years damn near, its just something I really noticed.

and when I am talking insurance, I'm not talking about medicare/medicaid, cuz health care providers really don't :eat: off that.

but I have noticed throughout the years of me having to take my kids to the hospital for various ailments, that whenever we head to the university of chicago hospitals, that waiting room stay packed. and it be cats in there with gun shot wounds. yet we always be in there quick as hell. hell, I remember I took my wife there once with a simple allergic reaction to some chinese food and they seen her first. and I gots to believe its cuz we got insurance. and these days we :eat: double times cuz I got PPO and she got PPO too, so I'm walkin in there like :obama: like I own the joint cuz I know I got piff insurance and we ain't gonna be in there 24+ hours like at the county hospital which is only a mile away from the good hospital.

fuked up Americans....

Like after the Colorado shooting two of the victims who got shot up and are recovering in hospital don't have medical insurance so they have to pay out their ass....they're accepting donations and stuff to cover their costs....

How the fuk you go to the movies...get shot up for no reason....and the government expects you to pay for the bill.......:wtf:

That's no different than any other reason nikkas end up in the hospital

shyt happens

I remember when my appendix was acting up

The day before my cousin had came over to spend the night and everything was chill. Next morning :sadbron:

Charge that shyt to the game. Luckily for me I was young and didn't have to worry about paying but I'm pretty sure nobody in my fam expected that to happen.
