Is it just me or does Espn overrated the hell outta baseball catches on sportscenter?

Only thing that bothers me is hyping up diving/leaping catches where the outfielder clearly didn't need to dive/leap. But from experience, some of those catches are genuinely difficult, especially if the outfielder has to retreat for it. Most outfielders with speed are more comfortable coming in.

I still wish I never would've quit playing baseball As 7-10 year old I was having those folks out there on some type stuff with my defense and speed. My hitting was another story though ...But once I realized I was the only black on the team while the other blacks were playing football n basketball I peaced out. One of my first regrets

Im so glad the Olympics is on, to make me completely forget about Baseball, until the playoffs, Baseball is just too damn boring and just flat out annoying.

I swear I nothing more annoying than on my way home from work, when I just wanna hear about 30 minutes of Sports Talk radio, and a fukking meaningless Baseball game game is on.

Unless you played the game, you won't appreciate the skill it takes to make great catches. If anything, basketball dunks are the biggest plays that are way too overhyped.
