I like Bey but yeah. She‘s like a deer caught in the headlights when you ask her about anything other than her music. Also doesn’t help that she has a limited vocabulary and uses words in the wrong context.

It’s because Bey worked with Rich Harrison after Amerie and he gave her a little of that DC flavor.

So did Kelly Rowland and Usher and there have been no accusations of them stealing a sound. Ppl can like Amerie, I love her first album, but the overrating of her actual skillet vocally and rewriting of history like she didn't jump on a performance style Beyoncé had been perfecting since DC is a bit much.
