I have no idea how that sh1t works.
I just know that I haven't seen a roach in 10 years. They leave and now there's dozens

Well, what are you going to do to address the problem? Sounds like you're soon going to be plucking roaches out the cereal box like Ghost.
Besides posting about it here...... what steps have you taken to address the problem?
Word to the wise.....if you live around people who don't have the common decency to keep THEIR OWN HOME clean, you've got to do what you've got to do to keep THEIR problems from becoming YOUR problems.
When I was a kid.....this family moved into a house and the neighborhood instantly became infested with roaches and rats.....people in the neighborhood confronted the property owner and the family living there several times about the problem.......eventually somebody burned house down when they were away..
The way I heard the story..property owner had liens.....he sold property and new house was put up by next owner. My pops had already moved us out before then.
Rather contact offices who are there to regulate these things before somebody else's problems become mine.
Your method of not doing anything and hoping the roaches will go away.......might be a better way though.
oh, and I have to laugh at "civilians" following a code that actual criminals don't follow., heheheheh

if you want to go organic and spray anywhere. 2 oz of orange oil (d-limonene), 2 oz of dawn and a gallon of water in a pump sprayer and they'll be gone and you won't have to worry about toxic chemicals.
i use that for slugs and other outdoor insects. i don't like the powder inside the house and having to wear a mask everytime i use it, so i basically save that for outside.

What's even funnier is when those roaches make to your closet and get into your clothes, it's OVER after that. .
I'm sure if you do nothing, the problem will go away though.

I mixed 1 teaspoon of Borax with half cup of sugar in a jar of warm water. Then soaked cotton balls in it. They didn't really cover it up, but some of them went to it. Either way, 2 days later they were all gone.

had a bag of sunflower seeds sitting on my desk at work, leave for half an hr and come back and there's ants everywhere.
went to my dad's house over the weekend, and someone was eating on the couch, next thing we know, ants is on the sofa
and before y'all nikkas get started, it ain't just me.
I been asking around and folks been telling me they been seeing ants everywhere - at least in this area.
what gives
its because people are filthy and leave food and crumbs everywhere
