Is it gay to say "goodbye" or "goodnight" to a male friend?

The replies in this thread are hilarious. But yeah 'goodbye' or 'good night' to another dude sounds feminine to me. Even to chicks I shorten it to 'bye'. To dudes it's aight, One, One hunnid, peace, later, get at me, holla, etc. I know a dude in Md that ends ALL his calls with 'CIAO' (chow) no matter who he's talking to. I didnt know ppl, let alone supposedly straight ppl, talked like that in real life.
Him: Alright man, I'll talk to you tomorrow. Ciao!

never thought about it... its always "yup" "yeah" or "aiight"... my fam throw in "one" & "peace"...i only say "goodnight/bye" or "love you" to kids/wifey/moms....
