i actually agree with Rob Parker, he does come off as an "Uncle Tom" type of dude in my opinion, he don't want to be compared to Cam Newtown or Vick, but want to be compared to Aaron Rodgers but he runs an gimmick option pass system, how in the fukk are they comparable?? Cam and RGIII can be compared...he just don't want to cause Cam is black and he is an "Cornball Brotha"

On the cornball scale ranging from Stephen Jackson (not corny) to Dwight Howard (very corny) I would say he's closer to the Dwight Howard side of the spectrum. He's cornier than the average person (I'm informed particularly by him talking about his recent injury when he said that he screamed, "like a man of course", then paused to half-smile at his own joke. Very corny). Basically: I'd give him three out of five Dwight Howard's Doing the Cabbage Patch.

I think he's confronting their mentality. I didn't get the I'm different thing. I got the vibe from his statement that he should be viewed as a QB...the position itself is how he should be defined and his peers should be those listed on the top.

I applauded that. I damn sure didn't co-sign Cam when he legitimized those who lazily lump black qbs together by blaming the black qbs tied to him rather than challenging those that do that tying. He was an idiot.

He's setting a great example of being an educated guy who is also a great athlete.

One of the most talked about things with RG3 is how accomplished academically he was coming out of college. He sets an example of how you can be a nerd and athlete at the same time.
