It’s a little bit different but I make 110K and was approved up to 400K for a mortgage. I didn’t even ask for that much they just wanted to inform me. Got a condo for far far far far less. But my credit score is 807. Just saying banks will throw INSANE cash at you because that interest will make a killing.

Nah, this ain’t 2008…you gotta have your ducks in a row to even get a house within your budget in 2024. They give loans for cars like candy to anyone with a pulse, especially Dodges. Reason? Cause they know you will depend on that car to make money and it’ll be your priority to pay vs other bills. Clown over here buying a 6 owner, wrecked hellcat when he coulda bought one brand new nearly for the same price.
