Absolutely. I guess you can call it a 'cult classic' as in it appeals to a specific crowd but that's splitting hairs to me.

It's not as good as other cult classics like Friday or Shaun Of The Dead but it's not bad either

Half-Baked is a cult classic

So on the positives you have Kal Penn and John Cho, plus it helped Neil Patrick Harris revive his career somewhat. That being said, Kal Penn has been decent and John Cho might get some attention with Cowboy Bebop.

Most of the comedic bits though I don't remember. I remember they had like a stash of weed, and a bunch of Bros always getting in their way, but that's about it. The second one is more of a Cult Classic, as the comedic bits are memorable, plus it retrospect, it was a great satire on how America really treats you like shyt if your not white.
