I like Gugu as an actress too and often wonder about that. Is her agent terrible or she not willing to do humiliating shyt to "play the game"? If the latter, I respect her. Maybe if she was 20 years younger she would have Zendaya's spot?

I also find it interesting that she really hasn't been connected romantically with anyone for all these years besides the brief engagement to the GoT guy I mentioned earlier in the thread. I don't follow her heavy but I have never seen her in public with anyone male that isn't a co-star or director. Not even rumors. Maybe she is super private but it is a superhuman act to contain your personal life as a famous actress.
