I just listened to this album again it's 4/5 not a perfect classic but it’s def a banger. I still voted yes tho.

I remember being surprised that Black Album outsold Beg For Mercy first week. They were competing against each other from what I remember. Or was it the other way round?

Beg For Mercy got push up to combat leaks, it sold over 300k both weeks, Camel got lucky.

This shyt is still amazing when I play it. There ain't a substitute in terms of a hard gritty, lyrical hip hop album on a commercial level. Shyt like Beg For Mercy doesn't even exist anymore
