Banks is my fav rapper but he kinda fell off IMO after the Big Withdraw leak.... the multis weren't as strong and the bars weren't either

He gradually picked it back up once the 5 and Better series started so he's def up there

Fab is really consistent as well.... it's like we all know he's capable of spazzing at any time even when he's purposely not rapping up to par because he's attempting someone else's wave or trying to be too commercial

Jadakiss would be a good choice too
