I mean the average person ain't in the type of shape or fitness level that world class boxers are in. Spence might recover faster than average cats in the same type of accident, but that don't mean he'll be ready for world class boxing. He gotta build his body back stronger than the average person.

I knew a guy that got blindsided off a scooter and hit the back of a delivery truck. Dude was a power lifter that competed. Dr. said if dude wasn't doing that shyt, his body prolly wouldn't have been strong enough to deal with all of the trauma he endured from the accident. Cat ending up getting some brain damage too. He recovered for the most part, I don't think he 100% tho.

at the end of the day, no two people recover the same and Spence should know himself better than we do.
You said 6-12 months without knowing any of his injuries. I was in two car wrecks and neither took 6 months to recover from.

nikka I aint say that shyt. That other dude did.

besides, that ain't the point. The point is you weren't expected to fight world class boxers afterwards

Well nikka you're here arguing for him and fighting afterwards was never the topic of my inquiry. I asked how can he assume it takes 6-12 months to recover from a car accident if you don't know the injuries.

Dude just needs to take all the time he needs. Doesn't matter if he "feels" okay. The right side of his face is still visibly swollen and bruised up. His eye still has some internal bleeding. He definitely shouldn't be getting punched in the head right now. He also didn't seem very confident in a return date. No way should he get in there with a live opponent right off the bat. Maybe not even til 2021. Yea maybe he COULD beat a top guy in his first fight back. But at what cost. There’s more important things than your boxing record. The dude still has bleeding and swelling in his face 9 weeks later. That’s nothing to take lightly. If his team let him get in the ring with a Crawford-Porter type in his first fight, they should all be fired.

He sounds "different" and it aint his teeth if he wasnt drinking last night he should take more time. After my boy fought Allen Green he was different and the first thing i noticed off was the slurring and taking longer to respond to simple shyt in convo. He retired shortly after that as well.

Spence is a grown man he can do what he wants but the people around him should tell him to chill for a bit longer imo.

I agree with you but they're claiming he was cleared to fight by multiple doctors.
