I can't speak for the rappers I haven't heard so there may be someone more gifted who I don't know about

If I were to compare mainstream rap to math:

Eminem, Tech N9ne, Crooked I types = Advanced calculus
Kendrick, Andre types = Trigonometry
Jay-Z, Nas = Advanced algebra
Kid Ink, Tyga types = elementary math

and before anybody starts trippin, no I'm not saying Kendrick is better than Jay or Em is better than Nas, etc.. the topic is clearly about the TECHNIQUE of actually rapping.. not song writing
