Yeah he's always been on the flabby side....From the puffiness of his face and eyes I would guess he has some type of kidney/liver illness or worst a case a alcoholic....Then again genetics are a muthafuka especially if you don't work to maintain a healthy lifestyle which he clearly hasn't....Fam is a D1 head bball coach so he's doing something right, he either has things maintained or doing a good job hiding it....
