What are you confused about then? Why I don't drink soda? Or how it taste like lemon gatorade? It's 10x better for you and Gatorade is nothing but sugar and water. And like I said I haven't had anything except water in 3 years so it's a nice alternative.

I used to manage linehaul for a shipping company and we had these contract Russian drivers. Now I have no idea if this helps you find your answer but they used Coke and Diet Coke to cut through the grease so they can clean their fifth wheels. I stopped drinking soda after I learned of this wizardry.
