Denver is dope. I go at least a few times a year, the scenery is fukking gorgeous out there. Last time I pulled up I just randomly drove west from Denver to the mountains, it’s crazy how fast the landscape changes from flat desert to huge ass mountains with snow out there. Like less than hour you up in some alpine shyt. The city itself is cool, not a lot of Brehs, whole bunch of white folks and Mexicans tho. And of course the weed, when I go out there I send myself what amounts to a QP over the course of my stay, it’s enough for me to be my own connect for a couple of months, and that’s money saved that would go to the weed man. The trip ends up paying for itself basically. I use that CannaSaver paper and find all the deals. Cop a few low grade ounces for 80 bucks and then throw an assortment of eights and 7’s from a few strains of that super gas and I’m set.

It was aight the couple times I was there, but damn it was cold...and that thin air chit is true - but I say that as a person with a history of respiratory issues.

Edit - shout out to Lake County Dan.

We got GOAT level weather. Sunshine 300+ days of the year. We get all 4 seasons. Tons of shyt to do if you're active. GOAT level Mexican food and soul food is pretty good too.

We're just going through huge population growth so traffic is a little crazy and rent / real estate is expensive but it'll settle down. Amazon just built 2 huge warehouses here, Inn n out is building a distribution warehouse down in CO springs. Theres also a few other big corporations making their headquarters near here.

As far as racial make up, whites are obviously the majority. Theres a shyt load of Mexicans / hispanics all over now. Theres a healthy amount of black people but theyre mostly limited to the east side and Aurora. Noticed a few more in the suburbs up north as rent prices in the city go up.

Oh and we got legal weed, pawgs that are actually pawgs and 4 major sports teams. Anyone who says Denver is shytty is lying to you.

Final note. Job market is crazy down here. Currently a shortage of construction workers. Most of the blue collar workers I know are making $75,000. Tech jobs are abundant as well.

NBA taught me that the air can be kinda crazy to adjust too

I learned about that through football.

I remember there was a Pittsburgh Steeler that had to go to the hospital cuz of the thin air. He had some complications with his sickle cell anemia.

all the black folks live in Aurora i believe.

Denver is literally built in the middle of nowhere and is spread out AF which is jarring to me.

Its getting pricey out there too. Like almost Seattle bad. Only consolation is they have room to grow in Denver.

This is what bugs me about here. You need a car because of spread out everything is and our public transportation is below average. Cant picture living anywhere else though.

Just the thought of walking into a store...smelling different strains......not having to settle for what my connect has....what I want...what I like....sounds beautiful.
