yeah dude is trash. I always joke with Giants fans I know that i hope he's their QB forever like I did with Eli. Whatever happened to Devito...he had some motion last year.
He was good enough that they was winning games when they were trying to develop him into a game manager behind a great running back trio. The moment they got fukked was when they wanted him to be the first option, let the run game go to shyt, and started doing goofy shyt like having him line up as a receiver in the wildcat.Mark Sanchez.
I think he may be marginally better than Daniel.
He probably isn't.
But he was doing the commentary in one of the Giants games. And I kept trying to figure out who was the guy who kept making excuses For this bum ass nikka.
It said mark Sanchez and the sht made sense
It’s a testament to the racism of the Giants owner. They aren’t moving him until they can get another white QB that the owner likes,
I don’t think you realize just how bad Jones isNot first six years Alex Smith. Go look at his football reference page again.
People's judgment is getting clouded by later career Alex Smith. He was abominable before Harbaugh got to SF.
Danny Pesos had 24 passing TDs his rookie year. It took Alex Smith until year FIVE to have that many for his career. Smith had 1 TD and 11 picks in nine games as a rookie.I don’t think you realize just how bad Jones is
I’ve watched every snap of jones career. Smith is wayyy better trust me. Don’t just look at his rookie year stats. Which was the only year outside of 2022 where he put up somewhat okay stats.Danny Pesos had 24 passing TDs his rookie year. It took Alex Smith until year FIVE to have that many for his career. Like I said, go look at Smith's football reference page again. Alex Smith Stats, Height, Weight, Position, Draft, College | Pro-Football-Reference.com
Alex had to develop into a game manager. We had to bench him at times. It's just that he had been good longer than he had been bad that people forget.
What team u talking bout bro.
That nikka could always play
Edit: true. I just always felt like it was injuries that hurt his growth early
Again, you’re taking into account Smith’s success after Harbaugh. I think Jones sucks but Smith was even worse before 2011.I’ve watched every snap of jones career. Smith is wayyy better trust me. Don’t just look at his rookie year stats. Which was the only year outside of 2022 where he put up somewhat okay stats.
The 49ers were also recovering from salary cap hell at the time and the front office kept firing coaches and offensive coordinators not unlike the Daniel Jones situation. Not sayin Daniels Jones isn't bad but the organization makes a difference too.
At least he got to the AFCCGBlake Bortles had a 5 year run. He was Daniel Jones with even worse timing and decision making.
