It's not his fault.... They turned over the keys too soon. Once teams got him on film and started truly scouting him. He's been pretty ordinary since.

He really should've played more in the preseason.

Dallas doesn't play well when they have a week off. In this case Dak went 3 weeks.

This is really the most pitiful era for the Cowboys because the talent is there mostly in the key places. The coaching is just beyond stale and redundant

Hopefully this upcoming 4th place finish gets Garrett up and outta here

He was fine when the oline and running game was dominant

Dak is the type of Qb who needs everything around him to be perfect and to be able to work on 2nd and 3rd and short when it’s not obvious passing downs

He’s not a QB who can be who the whole offense is built around where you throw 40 times a game he needs to be a compliment in the offense

It’s a convenient excuse because it’s something nobody can quantify

If they get a new coach and he still struggles they’ll blame the next coach or coordinator.

Great qbs flourish regardless of who the coordinators or weapons are

By blaming coordinators and coaches they don’t realize they’re admitting he’s not a great qb and a system qb who needs playcalling and scheming to suceed

That's the cowboys offense period. Romo went 8 and 8 3 times in a row until Murray had that 1800 yard season and they had the best o line in the league. No other QB aside from Romo and Dak could win a game as a starter. In fact, let's trade Dak to the patriots for a 3rd rounder since he sucks so bad and let's see how Cooper Rush, who had an amazing preseason last year, looks running a Garrett offense with Kellen Moore coaching him up.
