Is Concord the biggest flop of this generation? (Game Shut Down After 1 Week, Studio Shut Down - 6th Sony dev studio closure since PS5 launched)

To be fair most companies aren’t really putting out successful PVP stuff anymore, The last Halo and Gears aren’t really thriving either.

I think the market just hit a saturation point. There were like 10 new multiplayer games that released even since SGF that just vanished into thin air

  • Splitgate 2
  • Blindfire
  • Spectre divide
  • The finals
  • Xdefiant
  • Etc.
We’ll see how Marvel Rivals does long term I guess. Even Apex Legends is struggling

I’m talking historically. Sony has never had a truly successful PVP franchise on the level of Halo or GOW

I mean it still hits over 100k concurrent players every update, I’d say it’s popular enough. Especially compared to all the new live service games that have dropped in recent years
Look at this unemployed delusional duck

Helldivers is dead as fukk.. talking about patch day, even concord could crawl to 100 players on patch day :mjlol: people sign in to check out the new update then never sign back on again

this some MAGA cult talking points Sony stans be doing, its crazy :mindblown:

Sony pulled the plug cause they didn't want a Halo Infinite in their portfolio of games.

We saw where that 500 million went. Only for bots to jump on furniture and yell "Halo is back!“ every new season when the concurrent players go from 3k to 5k for a couple weeks.
