Phil got swept in his last playoff run. It's not the coach it's the team. You got a bunch of old guys when you need youth. Get rid of artest and gasoline and get some young guys in there.

Spolstra Is A Solid Coach, I Still Dont Think He's The Best Fit For The Heat But He's A Solid Coach

Spoelstra's Heat teams pre Super team were good squads and competed. I see Riley's teachings in Spo moreso than I see Popovich's teachings in Mike Brown, Brown seems clueless at times and doesn't seem in charge. Doc Rivers is the only Pop bred coach that resembles his mentor.

Not to go off topic or anything if you look at Popvich's coach tree most of them are on the verge of being fired, Avery Johnson and Vinny Del Negro are in the same boat as Brown.

Mike Brown was a fukkboy hire...especially since Larry Brown was available and in my opinion is the best coach in leauge considering what he did with so little. Larry Brown would've made the Lakers bamfs.
