A PC is different of course.

Yeah you pay it. They send you a code in your email or in the exact page in a instant, and you activate the code on Steam or whatever the pc client is (ea, ubiplay, etc).

Most places like cdkeys are legit and actually have support of you have a issue with the purchase.
