I tend to think that she's a dumb thot who giggles with pride when (if) she spells "entrepreneur" properly, so in this case, some peasant servant of hers who's in charge of fashion brings "fabulous new dress by Antineoux Marxcealouszxs" (very high fashion bros) with a 4 digit price tag - her basic thot brain thinks "oh, 4 digits, must be good".

Or - she could actually know what minstrel / blackface is and decides to rock it anyway to get trendings, hashtags, reblogs and shares.

You know now that I think about it Bey has been an entertainer since she was a pre-teen. She's been around a lot of yes-men/women and as result probably hasn't had many genuine people in her circle. The first scenario you posted is quite plausible.
