In the 1st episode, when Red meets up with Dembe and the asian chick, the Red and her kiss. Then Red tells Ressler, "sorry, agent ressler, she's not into men". Well. Wait. Red is a man. Isn't he?

Rewatch that episode or at least that part and then we can go down this rabbit hole
