Is anyone watching Hunter X Hunter?

I was originally hating on these companies revamping these classic series but many of them have turned out better than the originals.

Damn is there anywhere to buy it on dvd? Amazon has this but the price

The series is still running so all you can buy are those vol. releases. Your best bet is to wait a few months after the series is done and purchase the complete series. You will save yourself $10-20 with the box set.

It isn't better than this or the original. You should check this series out.
It's definitely worth watching.

HxH is an amazing manga that never got it's due. It's GOAT level at it's best but since the author doesn't stay with it 24/7 it's kinda fallen off in popularity atleast outside Japan.

the art in the manga is also extremely shytty.

The weekly chapters are bad but the Volumes have redone art and are good quality.

I watched the entire original run so I guess I'll wait until they pass that point.

From what I'm being told you need to watch this one. Madhouse did it so you already know its gonna be animated nicely. This is more like what they did with Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. The fight scenes themselves are of much better quality. That gon vs. hisoka fight was animated beautifully.
