Is anyone happy that Conor lost so his fans will shut up?

For the past few months I've seen casuals enter MMA hailing Conor as some sort of Great White Hype.

A lot of Blacks and Brazilians dominate MMA now so I could see why.

Anywho I started to get pissed that every white person who had a great grandfather who was half Irish and liked Guinness were all of a sudden Irish and waving Irish Flags and shyt. I was in Philly and saw the last Conor fight and all of a sudden after Weidman lost to Rockhold, everyone in there was Irish.

Don't get me wrong, I like him as a fighter, but I don't like the fandom and cult of personality around him.

Now his fans can eat some humble pie and I'm sure RDA will rip him apart.

I kinda like McBroner but I'm glad he lost too. This will be good for him. He believed in his own hype train just a tad too much and had to find out the truth the hard way. I also think this is what happens when fighters fight opponents who are naturally smaller, build a reputation of beating these smaller fighters (never mind you God knows how much McBroner is rehydrating). He fought somebody who really was his size(dont hand me that two weight classes jump nonsense) and the truth came out. The power wasnt there for him.

The ironic part to me, which I love, is he made comments(borderline racist) on the size of South American fighters and how he was having a difficult time making weight. Truth be told he's been fighting dudes he has a significant size advantage against and it was only so long before the truth of this was revealed.

What I'm really happy about, is that the Mayweather talk should finally stop. Cacs hate Mayweather and loved seeing a brash young stereotypical Irishman talk that sh!t especially about a brash n!gger, especially in these divisive times called a post racial society. Oh the irony. Whatever though, first Rousey, now McBroner. Mayweather is now 51-0.

GSP had to earn his greatness by doing the same as did Anderson Silva. This dude beat one top contender in Mendes and Aldo, and suddenly he can beat anyone from 145 to 170 To top it all off he hasn't even defended his championship.

Did you ever see that video of him and mountain doing some light sparring? He tried to brag that he wore him out, when all things considered the Mountain wasn't even punching because if he did he'd kill him.

Dude probably thought, since I can beat a Mountain I can take Lawler easy.

He should be glad he doesn't have to find out. Lawler would do serious and probably permanent damage to him.

Exactly. And there's a contingent of fans who still hate Jon Jones despite all he's accomplished. McGregor's more brash than Jon's ever been, and hasn't accomplished what Jon has.
