It's something about trying new restaurants that are fancy and exclusive. Hard to book a reservation type places... That shyt is so dope :obama:

The kind of place that doesn't have the prices on the menu.. The meats don't "come with two sides"... and the sides are $20 minimum. Bowl of mash potatoes $22 type shyt.

Tell the waiter bring the check and be sitting there like God please let it be under $300 :snoop:

If you have the dough why not? I like to go high end spots on occasion.

Under $300 probably isn’t high end. That’s like Ruth Chris…

There is a big difference between that and a place like Ever in Chicago

Not saying I eat at Michelin star places but there are levels to it.

Yeah my fiance really put me on to the high end spots. Love the places with multiple course tasting menus/experiences.

And the level of service they give you...have you feeling like the POTUS. We went to Wing Lei in Vegas a little while ago and they brought out a small little chair just for my girl's purse. I had never seen that before. :wow:

Here's some spots, made a list of the Michelin starred placed I'd been to in the last 10 years or so, since 2014, is when I really got into it, tasting menu with 20 courses, omakase sushi, all a lot of fun. as far as actually going on dates to these spots? That can be a headache, gets very expensive, like $1500, and unless you have a serious girlfriend, hard to get someone to commit to the reservation, and show up. a lot are pre paid. for dates, stick to the places just below Michelin lol unless they are serious into food. also, some you have to go right when they open, or with 3 years or they fall off.

Fancy dinner dates with the wife does sound nice. I ever get married she's getting spoiled.
I’m engaged but a wise man taught me:

“Never stop taking out your wife to fancy restaurants. It gives her chance to dress up, feel special but most importantly, give you both personal time together. The moment you stop taking her out to dinner, another man will.

That advice never left me.

$250 ain't high end? It sounds pretty up there. That's a $60 meal and $60 in drinks. With Tip, you looking at $300
