AJ Styles isnt a boring wrestler, but AJ's value as champion is watered down. He hasn't been given the final match of a PPV while Lesnar is at home taking a shyt.
His fued with Shinsuke lasted too long, and his fued with Joe should have more legs, but they waited too long to promote.

If he was boring as champion he wouldnt be over af with exciting match ups that could happen on SD.
You mistaken this as being undervalued which he is.

His run had bad matches, bad promos, and peaked before he even won the title.
Lasted for all of 2 weeks. Built him up for 2 weeks and barely featured him even when he was champion. Then when he was featured, they wrote some of the worst material they possibly could. There were a million possibilities for his character, and they went MAGA heel for him vs Shinsuke Nakamura.
