I SWEAR TO GOD people downplay P.E. and especially Chuck D. Its almost as if a lot of brehs hate Pro black shyt and trying to erase his contributions from Hip Hop History.

The rise of nikka Culture promotion arrives literally with NWA, erasing the political impact of Public Enemy and other pro-Black groups from that time.
