There has never actually been a documented case of someone intentionally mixing cocaine or crack cocaine with fentanyl. It's usually accidental, for one reason or another. Cross contamination, or just sloppiness, selling someone fentanyl instead of cocaine, without knowing.
Even if you cut a brick (1000 grams) with 28 grams of fentanyl, (a more common cut would be like 250 grams) you would have dozens dead within hours of those ounces being retailed out.
