I think he was making a satirical statement. There's a "Thanks Obama" meme where it shows people stubbing their toes or spilling a drink and then "Thanking Obama" for his hand in the matter. I think this is an example of that.

yes and probably no

they probably have to submit everything electronically, but there is probably nothing that verifies addresses

we won't allow the government to keep a DNA database of non criminal citizens

they can't keep phone records of citizens without probable cause

they can't have a database registry of all gun owners

could you imagine if there were a database that was the equivalent of map quest/google maps for every single individual in this nation?

the irs has no real time tool to prevent fraud

So, lets break this down.

Huge corporations pay no taxes. Illegal aliens get 10's of millions in refunds ALL SENT TO ONE ADDRESS. They get no jail time, no politically inclined harassment. . . No repercussions.

But average middle class folks get raped, bank accounts frozen, wages garnished, a sh!t load of interest thrown on top of what they "owe". Conservative groups get investigated, harassed etc.

AND WE'RE SUPPOSED TO COMPLY WITH THIS BULLshyt?!

if it's not clear at this point and time that we all should be literally spitting in our elected officials faces when we see them in public, then we're probably doomed.
