You have to introduce Ant Man so that he can be in Avengers 2 which they will fight Thanos obviously then Avengers 3 will be Ultron(which only makes sense).......then you would introduce Vision. And who says after these movies there wont be a solo Panther movie after Avengers 2. He is the last person to join the team.

The story is they were afraid to put a true Asian in the role because of the fact it's a supervillain named The Manadarin.
