Iran is sex change capital of the world and the only one tolerant place for trans in the middle east

They were switching sexes in the 70s the ayatollah was convinced by some trans folks that it was a psycho sexual problem that needed medication.

He made a fatwa and since the 70s sex changes are subsidized by the Iranian govt

It's permissible to switch sexes but not be gay (still punishable by death) so gay men just become women and everyone acts like nothing happened
