This is the type of wording that comes back to bite you in the ass later. Fast forward a few months form now and for some strange Romney wins, how plausible is it that we "pre-empt" their preemptive strike?

That scares me. War is good for no one, and really i'm not to worried about what happens to us. I have a reference point (Iraq), we tend to fair well when we go up against dudes gassed up on their own hype.

Who exactly do you think is going to be launching nukes haphazardly. IF, and i stress IF an nuclear attack get's kicked off and we're the ones to kick it off you can almost guarantee the big dogs (other nations) will know about it.

This shyt is going to play out like a prison movie scene where we get permission from Iran's "protectors" who are going to simply get up and walk out of the showers leaving Iran to it's fate.

Let's be honest, Iran might make it a full week if things popped off.
