American businesses aren't being allowed into Iran or deal with the govt due to existing sanctions

The Euros and Chinese don't have that barrier

And the exchange of people is a big deal. If Iranians can't keep coming to the states, other countries will salivate at having a lot of these young educated people contribute to theirs.

Maybe chinese but europeans companies will get hit with sanctions/interdictions.
