Brehs I found a 64 gig iphone 6 with no sim card in the parking lot and looks like it was factory reset but it is icloud locked.
Obviously this shyt is stolen there is no iphone lost message etc so is it safe to assume this is a paper weight?

Just do the right thing. Find the owner. I found a lost iPod back in the day when they were expensive. Looked through the folders and found the rightful owner and gave it back to him. He was so grateful. It was a great feeling
