So all those people who were jumping on Anthem's back about the Broken gimmick must be pretty upset this cease and desist, right? ![sas2 :sas2: :sas2:](https://www.thecoli.com/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/sass2.png)

Reddit or WrestleForum?I've seen it suggested elsewhere its all a work to further their whole BC vs WWE legal storyline they've been doing on Being the Elite. If it is (I don't think it is) then it's pretty clever![]()

"First time invading Raw, this finna be a BREEZE"
OBSERVER:
A Bullet Club parody of the 1998 DX invasion of Nitro, done on 9/25 before the Raw tapings in Ontario, CA, at first seemed like a harmless publicity stunt, but someone wasn’t laughing.
After producing an episode of “Being the Elite,” built around the segment, in an amazing irony, the WWE fired off a legal letter claiming that the Young Bucks were using their intellectual property, in particular the “too sweet” hand gesture, and sent off a cease and desist letter.
Since then, the Young Bucks have removed all references to “too sweet” from T-shirts that they are selling through their own YoungBucksMerch.com site and the ProWrestlingTees.com.
@Superkick Party don't make me get Jerry McDevitt on your ass. Change your name before next Monday, thanks

Ask coli posters legal questions, crehsIf a trademark is abandoned, does WWE get right of first refusal to reactivate it or could other businesses use it without repercussions?
That was weird too. I don't give a fucc about the Hardys or TNASame way fans were acting towards Anthem. All that "fukk that owl" stuff wasn't weird?
