Man i just took a listen to the local guys to see what they had to say about the Braves and holy shyt its just as horrible as i remember years ago when i last gave them a listen. I dont know how yall brehs listen to that shyt every day. The guys on 92.9 were clueless about everything, the only thing they did know is they were hosting some event at a bar and grill tonight so everyone needs to come out. 680 has Dimino and Cellini and it had all the entertainment value of a 400 level English class.

Yeah i listened to that and MLB Radio on Sirius yesterday. Lots of good, legit baseball talk. The local guys were straight up garbage.

I thought it was too obvious to bring him back, but I was listening to a pod yesterday from someone who covers the Braves and he said it kinda doesn't make sense to commit so much money to a 1B on the wrong side of 30 for $35 mil a year, especially since you've gotten everything you could ask for out of him already for a relatively low price.

I still think he comes back just because he deserves to be a Braves lifer, but he referenced how St. Louis didn't pay Pujols and it didn't affect them the way people thought it would. Nats let Rendon go and they didn't get burned by that either.
