when he's looking at the videos that his daughter is sending and 20 years went by and it was only 2 hrs for him

:mjcry: that little girl just wanted her daddy

and then to make it worse, Matt Damon got stuck on Mars for too long and cmpletely lost it :mjcry:

and oh yeah, breh in the ship was waiting on them to get back and years had passed for him. :picard: no way in hell I would have stuck around waiting for niccas for years

The movie is literally garbage wrapped around emotional scenes that tear jerk the audience into thinking the movie is quality

Interstellar is a pretty great movie.
Cool science concepts, cool visuals, solid storyline, good flow of story, only thing I wish they'd have done is kept the original ending, and given the Black character more justice, which is what I want out of most movies.
Was one of the best movies to come out in 2014.

The movie was good on some scientific and exploration shyt, but it wasn’t sad. The man should’ve never went to that water planet or went into the black hole. No living being that we know exists could survive entering a black hole.

When they got back from the water planet, breh on the ship was like

“Y’all back? It’s been like 20 years and I’ve been doing research.” I would’ve slept in the capsule as soon as they left the ship.

Neil Degrasse Tyson said the science was pretty close even though they took liberties to make it more appealing.

He was being nice, they rape the fukk out of physics :mjlol:

I didn't like it. They wasted almost an hour on some stupid Earth family drama and hid the whole lame ass reason earth was dying like it was a big secret. The whole father-daughter drama was lame to me too.

There were elements I liked like Matt Damon going nuts, but just the pacing, corny setup, and a hard science movie that doesn't give a fukk about science, meh

Hold on

This movie is about someone going through a black hole & making it out alive? :dwillhuh:

You never saw the ending breh??? :dwillhuh: The construct developed by aliens inside the black hole enabled him to send the message back through a watch in morse code...

The saddest thing is that we see the whole movie through his adventure and him leaving the planet to save humanity for him it's only been months for his daughter and dying family it was years... and we're seeing it in real time...:francis: Time is a major theme in the movie.

EDIT:

Also black holes are commonly known to be wormholes in essence so you may go in and be crushed by the massive amounts of gravity.... BUT in theory a wormhole spits you out on the other side of the unknown... You may be deposited on the other side of the galaxy... we don't really know...

The aliens are humans.
The idea of warping time to bring about present events is softly alluded to.
Relativity is some shyt forreal :mjcry:
