Having this game is dumb and I hope the SEC realizes that sooner than later, but for money reasons they’ll likely never give this game up. Texas should just be crowned SEC champs based on the current standings and these teams should be getting prepared for the playoffs. No reason your top 2 teams should be playing an extra game before the playoffs.

But since we have to play it we may as well get our revenge

Regardless of outcome I don’t think we’ll be any worse than the 5 seed.
