No, great looking shoe to wear casually and you'll look flashy on the court if you ball in them. The traditional mids provide great ankle support. However, if you ball in 11's they'll get beat up quick. That patent leather and icy sole isn't good for durability when hooping. The patent leather will rip, mesh will get dirty, sole will turn yellow.

I found the 12's too clunky to ball in and the 14's are horrendous for balling they kill your toes, my toe nails always hurt me when I wore them in my experience.

I don't ball in J's anymore, my favorite shoes to ball in all time are the LeBron 9's.

Only the 17s do it for me after the 13s. Black/Silver suede 17s in the silver suitcase imo is a Top 3 shoe ever.

How when the seventeen plus was infinitely better.

The XX8s are the best shoes that I've ever hooped in. Best traction hands down. The flaw with the split sole is that it causes the zoom unit to break. Went through two pair before I switched to the XXXs.

That's such an elitest POV. 14, 17, 21 were really legit. I know saying that gets you cool points in your mind but its corny.

14s maybe, everything after that should just be regulated to the jumpman category...anything 15 and beyond didn't really go good with street wear
