There was another guy. Guy in OP allegedly picked up the zip ties. The guy in the now infamous picture was arrested by the FBI today.

:troll:

He also said this shyt:

"...As for the helmet and body armor, Brock told The New Yorker that he was afraid of being attacked by members of Black Lives Matter and Antifa. “I didn’t want to get stabbed or hurt... ."

God damn the internet got ya'll impatient as fukk. They are obviously going to wait to seriously charge these people until they deal with trump.

If you think Pelosi really gonna let Trump send the goons for her without repercussions ya'll out ya mind. There is a serious political banging going on before your eyes. There is strategies going on behind the scenes which is why they are being vague as shyt about every damn thing. Watch and wait.

If I'm not mistaken I think hes probably going to lose his military retirement pay

It will be interesting to see if they can bring him out of retirement and put him on active duty for just one day in order to give him a dishonorable discharge. I am not sure about the rules though, but I am pretty sure that he was not the only former and/or retired armed forces person out there.

The military had their hands all over this coup attempt

No they didn't, this just a bunch of racist trump supporters, who are also in the police or retired military officers lmao

The Cop that got killed was a retired Air Force veteran too or something like that

if the military wanted to do a coup they would just do it, they have all the weapons and guns lmao

Trespassing? This is CONSPIRACY!!

They should all get felonies but this is the only country in the world that would softly “punish” armed rebels because of their skin color. Russia would’ve sent those thugs to the gulags. NK, China?? Man forget about it!

Look how Turkey, a “modern” country dealt with their rebels in the 2016 coup attempt:

During the coup attempt, over 300 people were killed[40] and more than 2,100 were injured. Many government buildings, including the Turkish Parliament and the Presidential Palace, were bombed from the air.[citation needed] Mass arrests followed, with at least 40,000 detained,[40][60]including at least 10,000 soldiers and, for reasons that remain unclear, 2,745 judges.[61][62] 15,000 education staff were also suspended and the licenses of 21,000 teachers working at private institutions were revoked after the government stated they were loyal to Gülen.[63] More than 77,000 people have been arrested and over 160,000 fired from their jobs, on reports of connections to Gülen.[64][65][66]

I am not for sure, but I always thought that retirees out of the military had a different set of rules versus people that got out at the end of their enlistment or those that resign their commission.

A legal opinion issued a couple of years ago seems to state that retirees can not be reactivated to active duty to be court martialed. We will not know for sure until the issue is litigated in the courts.

New 'Bombshell' Legal Opinion Says Military Retirees Can't Be Court-Martialed
