I've discussed my weight-loss mission with a few fellow coli members & I've decided to share it with the rest of the coli as I've become inspired by @ResidentLesbian 's Starting Point thread.
My goal is to TONE UP & at the same time try to lose 10 pounds and be my freshman year weight of 125 again.
My starting point:
My goal weight (close to it):
At 128 lbs November 2011.
Anyway.. I've gained 10 pounds since then
I'm giving myself until June 1st to lose it all!
My plans are to eat a healthier diet & work out 4-5 days a week using this:
I'll be giving weekly updates!!
