Grats breh. You can rise quickly in fast food. Just be competent, do what they want etc and you'll be running shifts for the manager soon. I worked at McDonalds in high school and I was surprised at how unprofessional so many people were. I was just a lil nikka afraid of getting fired since my parents would clown me, so I kept my head down and did the work. Few months later I was pretty much in charge since the manager wasn't shyt.
Breh the real hustle is in the night shift. You need to hook nikkas up who can hook you up. Build some valuable connections by upgrading breh's orders and creating your own "regulars". I played ball in college (Division 2

Not saying I got offered the CEO of a Fortune 500 company but networking is networking. I got offered a job at a car dealership as a salesman at 19 (same age as OP) because I was good at networking from Subway. If you're gonna work in fast food, might as well be optimistic and try to mingle/ comeup

edit: congrats @KORRA KORRA. Any job is better than no job (in most cases). Try to help with customers as much as possible. It's good getting that cx (customer service) experience early. I'm 29 now but back in summer of 01' was my first job making 5.15 an hr at a grocery store. Me and my friend got fired on the same day and went to the mall to buy dvds afterwards lol. I still remember that shyt
. Keep hustling by any means. Some folks ain't had a job in years and surviving off spousal, government, life insurance, inheritance etc. You're doing good. Stay grounded but not complacent. See you at the top
