Landlords literally provide nothing for society. They don’t help the economy. They don’t create jobs. They do nothing but make wealthy people money.

The only bigger leach is the financial sector.

They own the building that renters live in. They provide that. If your problem is high rents or unreasonable rents, then talk about that. But saying they provide nothing is a bit weird. Do hotels provide nothing too?

Do you want to make renting to others illegal? Just wondering what your endgame is.

Strip them of their property. Return the property to the proletariat. We shall remove the leaches one by one. This is the new Land Reform Movement. :ohlawd:

Rising rent. Rising Homelessness. Thank you based landlords. :blessed:

And hotels at least offer employment. Landlords offer nothing.

Land reform would be cool but that would mean a fundamental change in how this nation operates. Rent control would be a good start, tbf.

They offer land and housing. If you're saying it should be illegal for people to offer land and housing to somebody for money, then say so breh.

And landlords do employ people to fix and work on their places. There are a lot more people involved in being a landlord than you think. It varies greatly. Some places have property managers. Gardeners. Accountants, etc.

Contractual projects <<<an actual 9-5, with benefits

Sorry, it’s different

Parasites

Actually, the biggest parasites is the tax preparation industry. Something that wouldn’t be needed by if the government did their jobs and told us what we owed.

So, make it illegal to own property to rent it out for money?
