So I decided to read through the lawsuit. I read it when it came out but today i noticed lots of inconsistencies. i want to point out a few
For starters : The VMAs Sep/2000 was held at Radio City in New York , the show started at 8PM EST.

The show ran for 3hrs and 10 min. So the show ended at 11pm. Assuming the after party starts exactly @ 11pm , we will work from there . According to the original claim Jane Doe stated that she didn’t have tickets so she sat outside and watched the show on the jumbotron.

It does not state whether she watched the entire show or not but she then states she went around looking for ways to get to an after party and was approaching limos.

According to the original claim without Jays name , she stated the driver told her to be back in that spot at 9:30. The award show ended at 11. Started at 8. The show was no where near over at 9:30 pm and everyone was still inside .

In the updated lawsuits that included Jay Z name , Tony B removed the time stamp of the driver claiming to meet at 9:30. Knowing …it wouldn’t add up because all celebrities were still inside the venue at the award show.

the new claim states he told her to come back to that spot after the event (the vmas) was over . So we went from 9:30 , to 11.

In the new claim, JD claims that the driver told her that he had to drop Diddy and others off to an after party first and then he would comeback for her. So that means that the driver left Radio City at 11pm to drop Diddy and who ever off. The original claim doesn’t say this

Diddy went to (i believe hosted by *NSYNC ) an after party at Twirl that night as well , Jay Z was not pictured at that party . Again …at two nightclubs during the timing of that she would have been at the house party she described .

Here is Lotus , it is now closed . Here is an article for the NY post describing Lotus , describing it as opposite of how Jane Doe described the house saying it doesn’t appear to be in the right neighborhood implying that the neighborhood looked rough! Not a gated community

She stated it took a long time for the driver to come back for her. the party Jay went to was roughly about 20 mins away vmas traffic would be insane so let’s say 30 min. So to go and come back to Radio City took the driver about an hour.

So that means by the time the driver came to get her , Jay Z already at the Lotus after party for about 30mins so he just got there . He picks her up and he takes her to a a gated white house with a u shaped drive way (so like a mansion) that is 20 mins away .

Let’s note again that the after party Jay Z attended was not at a house , it was a nightclub in Downtown Manhattan hosted by Eminem and Dr.Dre . There is no driveway at all and no living room as she described and more than likely was invite only

The claim states that the victim accepted a drink from a waiter. This is important because the lawyer is saying that JayZ drugged her but the claim filed says she took the drink from a waiter that was walking around with them. this is the original and new claim about the drinks

The lawyer claims that she went into a room alone where there was nothing in the room but a bed. The two men and a woman came in.
in the new, they add that everyone at the party did nothing to stop the assault . if they are in the living room partying how would they know

So the story we are supposed to believe is that Jay Z magically left a nightclub to end up at random house party at the perfect moment when she’s in a room alone after he somehow drugged a drink he didn’t give her and out of the several rooms knew exactly which one she was in

So where was Beyonce this night after the VMAs ? She was with Destinys Child at Moomba , a party hosted by Tommy Mottola. Moomba was a restaurant and his parties are high profile and invite only.

wanna point out something , thanks to the input from the NYorkers, we now know there no way on that night the drive only took 30min with traffic .So the driver had time to take Diddy to multiple nightclubs (we know for a fact), Go back to Radio city pick and drop her off

then go back and get Diddy , and that’s not even including if he and JLO stopped by other places (like for food , to his condo (cuz JLO did change) and watever else they do etc) The amount of time he woulda spent sitting in traffic trying to drive back and forth …

JayZ out on 50grand bail for stabbing Lance Rivera in Dec 1999 & this shyt occurred on a school night Thursday September 7th 2000. He couldn't do shyt besides go awards and clubs and yall saying he sexually assault a 13 yr old while out on bail for attempted murder? Really Yall?
