My vote is a tie between Turtles III and X3: The Last Stand

Co-sign. Also, Attack of the Clones was the weakest SW movie, IMO. At least the Phantom Menace had podracing and Darth Maul.
Godfather III is also supposed to be disappointing, but you get such a complete storyline from the first two that it's pretty easy to pretend the third movie doesn't even exist.

X-men 3 is the movie that disgusts me the most.
