After the Mania match vs HBK, he threw selling/psychology to the bushes for a mouthpiece and spanming German suplexes and uppercut forearms

This is closest to the correct answer.

Angle had been throwing psychology to the bushes for mindless move trading since, I dunno, 2004? It got REALLY bad in TNA though.

I don't understand why people see Kurt as an all-time great wrestler at all. All time great talent maybe. He had an excellent run from 2000 to like 2003 where he was one of the best doing it. But basically after Brock fukked his neck up again, Kurt got progressively worse until he was a shell of himself.

It wasn't too bad around 2005, but that was the start. He started move-trading and throwing everything he learned out of the window. Honestly, after he dropped the title to Joe, that nikka was done. He was still entertaining but his matches were :scust:, and dude was legit trying to kill himself out there.
