In todays NBA 4 years 9 points and 4 rebounds a game is worth 5 years and $90 million.

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:

He too was a one and done and only averaged 9 points a game in college. That’s 4.6 more than Bronny.

But because he’s 6’7 he was a lottery pick.

This is why I don’t criticize players for entering the draft early. It only takes one team to take a chance on you and you’re set for life.

He's a young wing with the physcial tools teams are going to bet on his upside :manny:

Alot of wings broke out at 25+ (Grant, marrakkan ,Middleton)
Exactly. It’s all a gamble.

But what’s the incentive to get better?

If a player can make that much putting up puny stats, what’s his ceiling? 15 and 7? That’s gonna get him $200 million.

The NBA overcharges networks. Networks overcharge advertisers, and the companies advertising their products overcharge consumers.

All the guys I listed made big leaps so we will have to see what happens.

But I agree with you about the money.

Wait till this new CBA kick in. People are going to be complaining even more about the contracts being thrown around.
I don’t get how ppl still make this a talking point. It’s simple inflation, and has been happening for decades atp. Worse players get paid more than better players used to because the league makes more money and has to divvy it up between the same number of players. If the max a player can get paid is a set number, somebody else has to get the rest of the money. Or the owners could pocket the profit from the players doing the heavy lifting

Its like still talking about 3 pointers ruining the game :pachaha:
